You can renew your focus every day. You may just need a few tools to help you grow in your self-awareness. This workshop best serves the client who desires live interaction to establish new healthy habits but doesn't want to commit to a longer term. This workshop is a fantastic choice for clients who are new to hiring a coach. It'll get your feet wet so to speak. You will gain healthy strategies that may help you: Improve sleep & better bedtime routine Increase energy & enjoy physical activity again Improve day-to-day schedules & less overwhelm Increase satisfaction with health Have confidence in navigating your life’s journey Be consistent and set realistic goals Motivated, encouraged, and accountable If you are interested in booking an online small group, for 10-15 people, contact me directly with the number of attendees. I will invoice you separately - a group rate will be offered at 20% off. A Coaching Agreement is not necessary for this workshop but group attendees must agree to the terms of service in the Booking Form and complete the Intake Questionnaire.

Cancellation Policy

Services under $75, there are no refunds. All others, there is a 5 day "in writing" requirement requesting to cancel. Processing fee $50. If after you've booked your session, and you need to reschedule, communicate your need in writing by email no later than 24 hours prior to your session time. If you are a no show (online or in person), the session will not be rescheduled, and no refund will be given. If you have questions for me, send me a message through the Contact page before booking. Note: For Stride & Shine walking club, bookings close NLT 7p on the Friday before. If after 7p, you will have to wait until the following Friday to request a spot. When paid in advance and through my website, this allows me the time to plan where we will be walking and communicate this to everyone who is registered. Plus other preparation that goes into organizing weekly meetups. Thank you for your understanding. Note: I serve clients in all 50 states and the U.S. military (and their dependents) stationed abroad. If you do not meet this criterion, do not schedule this service.
