Service Description

After completing at least one coaching package (4- or 12-week) within the last twelve months, clients are eligible to book this annual service once. For clients who live in or near 93555 and want to meet in person, appointments are available on Thursdays at the Acupuncture Center of Ridgecrest at 136 Garnet Ave, Ste B. Otherwise, sessions will be held over Zoom. This service option is defaulted to online but once you're an established client, you will know where we will be meeting. Together we'll review progress, acknowledge and celebrate wins, and will update wellness strategies, and make necessary modifications. Then we'll discuss the next steps. This is a one-hour session. Cancellation Policy

If the Client needs to reschedule their appointment time, the Client must communicate their need in writing by email, no later than 24 hours prior to their session time or their session appointment may be canceled by the Coach. If the Client does not arrive at the session or log in at all, the session will not be rescheduled and no refund will be given. Should the Client desire to cancel the full service, they must inform the Coach in writing by email (and hear back from the Coach) 5 days before the first session; a refund will be processed within one week of written notice, minus processing fees ($50). The Coach will inform the Client when the refund has been processed. The Client’s bank may take 3-5 days to show deposited funds - the Coach is not responsible for when the funds show up after the refund is processed. For session no-shows: The Coach reserves the right to cancel the session if the Client does not show up within 10 minutes of their session start time. Client no-shows are not refunded nor rescheduled. If you have questions for me, send me a message through the Contact page before booking. Note: I serve clients in all 50 states and the U.S. military (and their dependents) stationed abroad. If you do not meet this criterion, do not schedule this service. This notice will be repeated on the Booking Form for this service.
