Service Description

This service is offered in person and covers one hour of the coach's time. Local in-person presentations outside of the 15-mile radius from 93555 will be an additional cost. Would you like to increase productivity, boost morale, and possibly offset health insurance costs? Are you an employer and looking for incentives for your teams to learn simplified solutions that promote good health? Conveying Awareness offers simple, convenient, cost-­effective ways to motivate individuals in the prevention of nutrition ­related diseases and principles on increasing one's own self-awareness around wellness matters that are important to them. Choose from one of these topics: Family Nutrition, Pregnancy & Postpartum, Healthy Aging, Corporate Wellness, General Wellness, and Practicing Gratitude. Jessica is available to provide wellness presentations (virtual and in-person) on a number of topics for your employees/staff/students/patients on a regular basis. Ask her about co-creating a plan for your workplace/learning center when you share with her your needs, including the number of people, how often to meet, technology set-up, etc. Note: A workshop series on a predetermined topic can be negotiated for a reduced flat rate - message the coach to arrange a written agreement. The cost of this service is for groups of up to 30 attendees.

Cancellation Policy

If the Client needs to reschedule their appointment time, the Client must communicate their need in writing by email, no later than 24 hours prior to their session time or their session appointment may be canceled by the Coach. If the Client does not arrive at the session or log in at all, the session will not be rescheduled and no refund will be given. Should the Client desire to cancel the full service, they must inform the Coach in writing by email (and hear back from the Coach) 5 days before the first session; a refund will be processed within one week of written notice, minus processing fees ($50). The Coach will inform the Client when the refund has been processed. The Client’s bank may take 3-5 days to show deposited funds - the Coach is not responsible for when the funds show up after the refund is processed. For session no-shows: The Coach reserves the right to cancel the session if the Client does not show up within 10 minutes of their session start time. Client no-shows are not refunded nor rescheduled. If you have questions for me, send me a message through the Contact page before booking. Note: I serve clients in all 50 states and the U.S. military (and their dependents) stationed abroad. If you do not meet this criterion, do not schedule this service. This notice will be repeated on the Booking Form for this service.
