As of 9/1/23, sessions will be held on select Fridays and some Saturdays. All new 1:1 clients must meet for a no cost Discovery Session. At this session, the coach will provide her availability for the current month for clients who are motivated and ready to move forward.

Secondly, as of 10/1/23, session type and duration will be changing and the cost for all 1:1 services will be increasing.
