My 'Be Nurtured' package offers two transformative 1-hour sessions tailored exclusively for you. Experience the power of personalized 1:1 coaching where you and I delve into your innermost wellness desires, challenges, and aspirations. Then, embark on a journey of gratitude cultivation, where you'll learn to appreciate and celebrate every aspect of yourself and your journey. Yes, even the challenging moments. It's time to prioritize your well-being and reclaim your sense of self. Whether you're seeking motivation, fulfillment, or simply a moment of self-care, our sessions are designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul. Join Jessica in the Zoom room and let's begin this journey of self-discovery together! Please Note: Prior to scheduling your session, it is essential that you have completed and submitted both a Coaching Agreement and a Client Intake Form for the current year. These documents ensure that we can tailor our sessions to meet your specific needs effectively. Kindly ensure that both forms are submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any delays or rescheduling. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Cancellation Policy

Services under $75, there are no refunds. All others, there is a 5 day "in writing" requirement requesting to cancel. Processing fee $50. If after you've booked your session, and you need to reschedule, communicate your need in writing by email no later than 24 hours prior to your session time. If you are a no show (online or in person), the session will not be rescheduled, and no refund will be given. If you have questions for me, send me a message through the Contact page before booking. Note: I serve clients in all 50 U.S. states. If you do not meet this criterion, do not schedule this service.
