Service Description

Come join Jessica David, a Board Certified Health Coach, for an exclusive one-on-one online workshop. Delve into the journey towards a life filled with abundance through guided discussions focusing on self-reflection, self-care, and self-awareness. Elevate emotional well-being, foster better connections, and harmonize with your aspirations and principles through tailored practices that respect your boundaries, all while keeping an eye on the future. Sessions are available on Fridays and Saturdays. Refer to the schedule for more information. I eagerly anticipate meeting you exactly where you are on your path! At Conveying Awareness, the coach believes in cultivating gratitude as a way to renew your focus and grow in self-awareness. This workshop is designed to provide you with the tools you need to establish healthy habits and live a more fulfilling life. Whether you're new to hiring a coach or looking for a shorter commitment, the Cultivate Gratitude: Increase Wellness 1-hour workshop, is a fantastic choice. Join for live interaction and connect in the world of well-being. One way to increase goodness is by cultivating gratitude, and it is a key to achieving overall wellness. This workshop provides you with healthy strategies that may help to improve your sleep and bedtime routine, could increase your energy, and enjoy physical activity. You'll learn how to improve your day-to-day schedules with less overwhelm, increase your satisfaction with your health, and gain confidence in navigating your life's journey. With this workshop, you'll develop consistency and set realistic goals, resulting in a happier and healthier you. A Coaching Agreement is not necessary for this workshop but client must agree to the terms of service in the Booking Form and complete the Intake Questionnaire. The Intake Form is required 48-hours before the session or your appointment will be rescheduled for the next available Friday or Saturday.


Cancellation Policy

As part of my commitment to providing exceptional service, I strive to keep costs transparent and fair. While I do not pass electronic payment processing fees on to clients when booking, these fees are incurred if a refund is necessary. This is why I maintain a cancellation policy, ensuring both the client and I are respected in terms of time and resources. Cancellation and Refund Details: For services under $75: Refunds are not available. For all other services: If you need to cancel, please submit your request in writing via email at least 5 days prior to your session. A $50 processing fee applies to cancellations. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, notify me in writing at least 24 hours before your session time to arrange a new appointment. No-shows: If you miss your session (online or in person), it will not be rescheduled, and no refund will be issued. Important Notes: I serve clients in all 50 U.S. states. If you are outside this area, please refrain from booking. If you have questions before scheduling, feel free to reach out via the Contact page on my website.
