Service Description
Gather your favorite recipes, foods, and bring your questions, and grocery lists to this educational opportunity to learn how to meal plan on your own. This service is available to new and existing clients. A coaching agreement is not required for this service as it is 100% educational and conversational in nature. NOTE: If you are a NEW client, a Discovery Call (no cost) is required before you can book this service. In this service, I'll teach you how to plan but I'm not going to do it for you. You get to learn how to select the best foods for your own family through experimenting with meal planning. If you've ever meal prepped, you're a step closer! When it comes to meal planning, think about how much time you can dedicate to it each week or every month. Consider how often you shop for groceries. Do you have ample freezer space for frozen meals? Think about why you want to meal plan. Do you like leftovers? What do you like, what works, and what recipes have you tried? This and more will be explored at the first part of this educational segment. Weekly and monthly food planning templates will be shared plus a list of healthy food choices will be provided in the wrap-up summary. When it comes to meal planning, health coaches can educate and share resources. Health coaches cannot advise, treat, or prescribe. My role is to provide support and guidance. Creating a meal plan for a client is a prescription. If you are diabetic, have heart disease, have severe allergies, and/or have intestinal conditions, please redirect your interest in meal planning to your health care team and seek your physician or a registered dietitian as they have the ability to advise and give (prescribe) you a meal plan. If you come into the session expecting me to advise you on what to write on your meal plan, you have disregarded the intention of this service, the call will conclude and no refund will be provided. If you have questions about this service, please contact me before booking. Your full understanding of this service is to be agreed upon in the booking form. I serve clients living in the U.S.
Cancelation Policy
If the Client needs to reschedule their appointment time, the Client must communicate their need in writing by email, no later than 24 hours prior to their session time or their session appointment may be canceled by the Coach. If the Client does not arrive at the session or log in at all, the session will not be rescheduled and no refund will be given. Should the Client desire to cancel the full service, they must inform the Coach in writing by email (and hear back from the Coach) 5 days before the first session; a refund will be processed within one week of written notice, minus processing fees ($50). The Coach is not responsible for any fees the electronic banking service (PayPal or Stripe) may collect from the client for processing the refund. The Coach will inform the Client when the refund has been processed. The Client’s bank may take 3-5 days to show deposited funds - the Coach is not responsible for when the funds show up after the refund is processed. For session no-shows: The Coach reserves the right to cancel the session if the Client does not show up within 10 minutes of their session start time. Client no-shows are not refunded nor rescheduled. If you have questions for me, send me a message through the Contact page before booking. Note: I serve clients in all 50 states and the U.S. military (and their dependents) stationed abroad. If you do not meet this criterion, do not schedule this service. This notice will be repeated on the Booking Form for this service.
