Service Description

This Discovery Session is for online clients. This may mean that you do not live in 93555 (Ridgecrest, CA) or surrounding areas or you simply prefer to meet online. If you want to meet in person at the Acupuncture Center of Ridgecrest at 136 Garnet Ave, Ste B, on Thursdays, back out of this selection and choose the other. If you are considering health coaching or are interested in partnering with Conveying Awareness for your health and wellness goals, book this service first. In this Discovery Session, we will learn if we are a good fit for each other. Are you curious about what a health coach is and provides? Want to learn more about my services as a Board Certified Health Coach and how / if I can support your wellness goals and needs? NOTE: My service area is the United States and the U.S. Military (and their families) serving abroad. This is NOT a coaching session. In this Discovery Session, you can also learn about the other services I offer and the benefits of booking a coaching package, and the next steps if you want to move forward with working with me as your health coach. This service is at no cost. Keep in mind the coach reserves the right to protect her space and time. If your intention is to solicit a product, service, or idea, the call will conclude. This space is for clients who are ready to move forward in their wellness journey and ultimately, are committed to this process for their well-being.

Cancellation Policy

If the Client needs to reschedule their appointment time, the Client must communicate their need in writing by email, no later than 24 hours prior to their session time or their session appointment may be canceled by the Coach. If the Client does not arrive at the session or log in at all, the session will not be rescheduled and no refund will be given. Should the Client desire to cancel the full service, they must inform the Coach in writing by email (and hear back from the Coach) 5 days before the first session; a refund will be processed within one week of written notice, minus processing fees ($50). The Coach will inform the Client when the refund has been processed. The Client’s bank may take 3-5 days to show deposited funds - the Coach is not responsible for when the funds show up after the refund is processed. For session no-shows: The Coach reserves the right to cancel the session if the Client does not show up within 10 minutes of their session start time. Client no-shows are not refunded nor rescheduled. If you have questions for me, send me a message through the Contact page before booking. Note: I serve clients in all 50 states and the U.S. military (and their dependents) stationed abroad. If you do not meet this criterion, do not schedule this service. This notice will be repeated on the Booking Form for this service.
