This is where all new clients start, with a chance to ask questions, get answers, and learn about the next steps in your personalized wellness plan. The discovery session is a focused 30-minute self-reflection co-assessment designed to provide immediate clarity, identify key obstacles, and outline a strategic wellness direction. This session stands alone as a valuable coaching experience and ensures intentional commitment from both client and coach. During the session, we’ll get to know each other and discuss your goals and needs. Keep in mind that this is a protected space, reserved for those who are ready to move forward. Cancellation Policy
As part of my commitment to providing exceptional service, I strive to keep costs transparent and fair. While I do not pass electronic payment processing fees on to clients when booking, these fees are incurred if a refund is necessary. This is why I maintain a cancellation policy, ensuring both the client and I are respected in terms of time and resources. Cancellation and Refund Details: For services under $75: Refunds are not available. For all other services: If you need to cancel, please submit your request in writing via email at least 5 days prior to your session. A $50 processing fee applies to cancellations. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, notify me in writing at least 24 hours before your session time to arrange a new appointment. No-shows: If you miss your session (online or in person), it will not be rescheduled, and no refund will be issued. Important Notes: I serve clients in all 50 U.S. states. If you are outside this area, please refrain from booking. If you have questions before scheduling, feel free to reach out via the Contact page on my website.
